We invite all to come join us for Blessed Sacrament’s 61st Annual Fall Carnival on October 17, 18 & 19. The 2014 Carnival, Concert & International Food Festival includes a fabulous weekend of delectable cuisine, carnival rides, games and wonderful live entertainment. This annual event has a long tradition and the Carnival is extremely popular for Angelinos. Admission to the Carnival is free. The Carnival will feature a wide array of amazing ethnic foods from Mexican, Filipino, Italian, Indonesian, Eastern European and American born cooks, each providing their own native dishes. A Margarita and Beer Garden, a wide diversity of live musical performers and a Fall Pumpkin City all promise great fun and festivities for the whole family!
This year’s Carnival schedule begins at 6:00 on Friday evening with a Battle of the Bands in the school auditorium. The opening time for games, rides and the international food court is on Saturday at 4:00pm. Sunday’s Carnival hours are 9 AM to 9 PM and an exciting raffle will be held for Cash Prizes of $3,000, $1,000, and $500 at 8 PM.
The faculty, staff, parents, parishioners and friends who attended the 2013 Fall Carnival helped to raise over $70,000 for the church and school! We need your help to make this year’s Carnival an even bigger and more successful celebration. The Carnival is the single largest fundraising event for Blessed Sacrament school and parish. Both the school and parish rely on the money raised to help with operating costs, maintaining the facilities, as well as providing scholarships for many of our students’ education.
