I would like to extend to you an invitation to complete our Parent Survey. Your honest answers to this survey will help in the evaluation of Blessed Sacrament School in the following areas: curriculum, administration and faculty, communications, and facilities. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
There are no right or wrong answers. It is important that we understand your opinions about our school community so we celebrate our successes but also grow in our challenges.
We have an amazing school! As a Catholic school community, we are blessed to serve many students every single day. And, we are blessed to have room for even more students. In fact our current enrollment is 140 and we have the capacity to serve 250. As a Catholic community, our mission is to live a life in service to others and we believe that the more students we serve, that is the more students we prepare for Heaven, College, and Career, the better.
A good return rate is important to the success of any survey. The usefulness of the survey results depends on you. Consequently, it is very important that as many of these forms as possible be completed and returned by Monday, December 8.
As we seek to grow the number of students that we serve, we need your help in understanding who we already serve. We ask you to help us to better understand our current school community so that we can attract more families like you to our school.
